My program includes the preparation of a personalized meal plan that takes all these into account and will cause you to:

It takes about 4-6 weeks to notice a difference in your body, so you will need to be persistent, consistent, patient, and willing to stick with your program.

Minimum 12 weeks program: The program will assist supporting you in staying focused and motivated to reach your personal fitness goal.

First 4 weeks: starts at US$280 that include : 1st phone or face to face consultation, preparation of the first 4 weeks personalized meal plan with exercise tips, weekly check ins with weight and journal evaluation with adjustments as needed based on your progress, grocery list, unlimited emails and text messages support, once a month reevaluation phone call .
After the 1st 4 weeks starts at US$200 for every 4 weeks that include : weekly evaluation and adjustments as needed, unlimited emails and text messages support, and weekly journal evaluation with adjustments based on your progress, once a month reevaluation conference phone call as needed.
Total 12 weeks program starts at US$ 680 depending on client experience .
